The issue is marketing and promotion, not transportation & delivery.
Further, it isn't that the bundled product loses its d20 status so much as
you cannot use the mark to cover both products. I strongly suspect that if
you bundled your product with a d20 product and made sure there was no way
to see the d20 logo until after the sale had been completed you would not
raise an objection from Wizards. They probably would have grounds to ask
you to stop, but I think there would have to be a clear indication of bad
faith before it would be worth their while to do so.
