I was assuming that your RPG Companion would fall into the category of an
"Interactive Game". Looking over your site more carefully (and reviewing
some of the things Ryan has said about success or failure), it seems that
the RPG Companion is NOT an "Interactive Game" because although it does use
player input to resolve game questions, it does not appear to resolve the
success or failure of player input.

In that situation, there would be nothing to keep me from putting a D20 Logo
on my CD and also put your Trademark on it. You would not be able to
promote your product with my d20 mark, but I could promote my product with
your mark.
