WHERE IN BLUE BLOODY BLAZES DID YOU GET THE IDEA I WAS TALKING ABOUT 
INTENTIONAL UNAUTHORIZED WORKS?

NOBODY is talking about unauthorized derivative works, for cryin' out loud!  
At least not me.  If that's the impression you are having that that is what 
I am saying then you are simply not following the thread very closely.  I am 
talking about unintentional errors and their unintended consequences on 
people farther down in the "chain".

I have NEVER spoken out in favor of IP violations & in fact believe very 
passionately in the concept.
