"Dungeon Master" is a registered trademark of Wizards of the Coast. It
should not be used without permission.
To the best of my knowledge it does not appear in any of the SRD files.

This summer, when I have the time, I plan to do an extensive census of the
d20 products as they exist in the wild, and send notices to non-conforming
publishers regarding the problems I find with their products, web sites,
advertising, etc. That will be an "unofficial" conversation, but hopefully
it will prod people to fix the problems before anyone at WotC knows or
cares.
"DM" is not trademarkable.
