Sure.  Common law trademarks count.  I was more wondering if it'd gone
undefended -- Zork III had Dungeon Master in the subtitle, for example.
The TSR trademark does call out computer games as one of the categories.
But Zork III came out some time before 1992 and as I understand it you
can't lose a trademark through failure to defend before it's registered.

(One assumes/hopes WotC has licensed the trademark to Interplay.)
