Ryan,
I would suggest that all publishers periodically conduct internal review of
their products, web sites, and advertising to make sure they remain in
compliance. It will not only make Ryan's job easier, hopefully, but it will
aid everyone involved in d20 publishing by perhaps setting good examples and
thus, strengthening the practice and use of the OGL, d20stl, etc....
