Out of curiosity, what was the date this trademark was registered?
I don't see any evidence that Dungeon Master has ever been registered as a
trademark, aside from "Quest of the Dungeon Master," a trademark for a board
game TSR registered in 1993 that appears to have been intentionally abandoned
in 1999.
