Well, given that "Land" and "Realms" are related terms, I GUARANTEE this has
a chance of confusing at least one consumer: me. When I saw the original
post, I got no farther than the name, and decided it was a Forgotten Realms
wannabe. Since I have zero interest in FR, I skipped the message and kept
working. Only later, when I had time to revisit, did I realize that in fact
it sounds like a pretty cool idea.
So since trademark law frowns upon similar names within the same market when
such could cause confusion, well, I'd say this name would NOT be a good
idea.
