I've started working on such a project already.

It't a little different from a campain world.  I like to think of it as a
campain add on.
My "world" is called Forgotten Lands.

To sum it up. Think of the Lost World, and Journy to the Center of the
Earth, just DNDed.
It can be a cavern, or a valley, or a mountain range, almost anything will
fit in to a already established campain world.

I haven't done much more then created a website...  ( sorry not up yet ),
created a yahoogroups account,  started some ideas on the ground work.
But everything else will hopefully be created by a community of people not
just me.

It will be free20 most definately, the only reason to publish it would be
for hosting cash depending on where I put the site.

If anybody wants to discuss this further contact me, I gotta leave work
now......  :-)
