Of course he is.  It's a hair's breadth from 'Forgotten Realms' which
every D&D player has heard of and probably played.  It's close enough that
if you were going to go commercial with your campaign, I'd recommend you
see a trademark lawyer to ensure you wouldn't get sued for similarity to
the Wizards product.
