It is my understanding (from reading the copyright rules) that you cant
copyright a system because it represents trying to copyright an idea which
is not copyrightable. I could create a game that uses the same generation
system but not any of the SRD and I would be fine. This information is AFAIK
and also don't follow my advice even if its true because IANAL.
