Is the author, Dominic Covey, of that d20 product on this list? The legal section says this- "Significant portions of this document are released under the OGL. In General, any material that constitutes game rules or mechanics is OGL." It goes on to say that the OGC portion will be released separately later. Forgive me if I am wrong again, and I really am not intending to "cause trouble" for Dominic, but this does not seem like the proper way to do this. I think I might understand what the author is trying to say, but the text is not properly delineated within the body of the document. I "have a need to know right now" exactly which is which. I like the product, I would like it more if it followed the rules. I may wish to use some of the OGC portions, but I may accidently use something Dominic does not intend to release as OGC.
