OK, this looks like a problem to me. You are releasing the SRD content, which is Open Content, through software under the GNU license.
Problem is, Section 2 of the OGL says: "No other terms or conditions may be applied to any Open Game Content distributed using this License." Are you not applying "other terms or conditions" to the content by now releasing the material under the GNU? That doesnt seem right to me...
