This sounds like an interesting project, but I also am confused about how 
it is permissible under the OGL. If your software uses as its mechanics the 
rules of the SRD, isn't the software itself a derivative work that must be 
offered under the OGL?

Also, if Richard Stallman or Ryan Dancey has explained anywhere how an OGL 
work can be released under another license such as the GPL at the same 
time, I'd love to read it.
