And the OGC trackers are meaningless.  Since the Dragon Annual is not
released under the terms of the Open Gaming License, there is absolutely
NO OGC within the magazine.  What is identified as OGC in the magazine is
likely to be available as OGC in the various products the articles are
discussing/detailing/short versions of, but as it appears in the Dragon
Annual none of the material is OGC.  Anyone wanting to use what the
magazine attempts to identify as OGC needs to go to the product which is
released (or going to be released) under the OGL to actually obtain the
right via the OGL to use that material.
