Have an OGL question that I introduced at DnDCC, and has been interpreted a number of different ways. Thought I'd bring it up here and see what y'all thought.
Let's say that I want to use "Improved Far Shot" out of the NBoFeats. Everyone who submits material to the DnDCC retains their copyright, so Section 15 of NBoFeats is rather large. For "Improved Far Shot", it reads: "Ducking Shot, Improved Far Shot, Minor Spell Mastery - By Albert Nakano (Bertman4)". Now, do I use the entire Section 15 of NBoFeats, as Section 6 states (which is my interpretation) or do I use only "Improved Far Shot - By Albert Nakano (Bertman4)" (as others think, since he retains his copyright)?
