May I suggest the following? Each item in the Netbook could include a link
to a separate page where the item reappears as a separately published work
with its own copy of the OGL and an appropriate Sectionn 15. Those who want
to derive from the whole work use the Section 15 of the compilation; those
who want to derive from an individual item follow the link to the
stand-alone publication.
