We need to include the exact text of the copyright notice of any Open 
Game Content You are copying, modifying or distributing. If the only OGC 
that we are copying is the single feat, would it be necessary to include 
notices for all the other feats? 

For this particular instance, why would you produce a copyright notice 
for things you aren't including and aren't using as derivitive? Below is 
the full Section 15 from the DNDCC Netbook of Feats. If someone is only 
using one of those feats, why should they add notices for each one?  
However, as silly as it seems to include the entire Netbook license, it 
certainly seems as though that's what the OGL calls for.

Perhaps this is more of a problem with the way the Netbooks are set up 
than any confusion about the license. (Though plenty of publishers get 
section 15 wrong.) Section 15 is reprinted below from the Net Book of 
Feats. Everything after the D20 System license is presented in a rather 
odd fashion and does not conform to the terms of the OGL. ("You must add 
the title, the copyright date, and the copyright holder's name to the 
COPYRIGHT NOTICE of any original Open Game Content you Distribute") 
However, each feat within the netbook is given a separate copyright 
declaration within the netbook text. 

(Of course, this ignores any abuse of Wizards of the Coast trademarks 
which seem to crop up rather frequently within the DNDCC netbooks.)
