I donwloaded the netbook and I'm quite impressed; it's particularly
convenient that they've included reviewer's rating for each of the feats.
However, there's a large number of psionic feats inside there, some using
psion power names directly from the Psionics book and most at least using
the same terminology.

Does anyone have any idea what the status of _your material_ would be were
you to publish it using some open content (and non-psionic) feats from the
Netbook of Feats (and went ahead and included the whole section 15) then
later WotC took action against the netbook?
