The Authority to Contribute only applies to "original" content that you are declaring is Open Game Content. If the content appears in closed sections, and isn't declared as Open Content, you're safe WRT s.5. If I assume you mean "use" as in s.7, if the content comes from a non-OGLed work, and is not a trademark, you are safe WRT s.7.
