Clark, Looks great on the quick once over.
I assume the now required statements concerning the need for WotC products under the D20STL (guess I'm also assuming this is a D20 product, but then everything you've done so far has been hasn't it?) appears either on the front or back cover. Since you've excluded text on the outside from OGC, that would be fine.
