My remaining concern is the "content from CC, CC2 and R&R" section. I will probably rewrite that section. See, that last discussion of the Evil Lurks legal section was fruitful. Many of these changes are as a result of that discussion. I think it is up to us to collectively work to make the "model" for future use. Thanks for everyone's help. You may also notice I was persuaded to take a more all encompasing OGC designation approach. The "catch all" was even starting to annoy ME.
