OK...I've taken everyone's comments and decided to
take a broader approach to how I handle OGC and PI
designations. Gone is a repeat of the verbiage from
the PI section of the license. Gone is the catch all,
since I decided to do a broader OGC designation. I
also switched the OGC designation and put it before
the PI designation which was an excellent suggestion.
