5% OGC is all that is >required< to use what we are currently calling our
Open20 Logo (assuming your releasing an OGL product).  

Just so long as your work is minimally compatible with our Free20 RPG System
(which is essentially just the SRD [at this point]) and it is released under
an open gaming license, you qualify for the what is currently called Open20.

The rough framework that I have for being able to display what we're
currently calling our "Free20" logo, would simply require meeting a higher
level of compatibility, and there are certain restrictions on the use of PI
-- essentially things like, if you want to PI the name & desc of a Monster
that your providing as OGC, you must also provide a generic name & [very]
brief generic description of the same monster.  Things like.
