In the new Monster Manual II, WOTC printed two monsters from the Creature Collection. But they completely changed the names, most of the description and stat blocks. They give credit to necromancer in the text (even though the company is S&SS) but then in section 15 they don't list a copyright credit to any companies other than themselves. Now from my understanding, they actually just made two new monsters and designated them as OGC. They may have been based on ideas in the creature collection but WOTC wasn't legally required to provide credit (hence why there is no copyright notice in section 15, just the blurb in the box at the bottom of the razor boar's page). Is this correct, and if not please explain why?
