Not allowing material to be produced using the
gentleperson's agreement is a FAR CRY from what that
email actually said. You should be a bit more careful.

What they said is they dont intend to release more
stuff under the agreement, NOT that we cant produce
stuff with it. HUGE DIFFERENCE.
