Not allowing material to be produced using the
gentleperson's agreement is a FAR CRY from what that
email actually said. You should be a bit more careful.

What they said is they dont intend to release more
stuff under the agreement, NOT that we cant produce
stuff with it. HUGE DIFFERENCE.

I apologize to everyone. Not only did I not go back and read the original message again before I posted, when I posted the quote I didn't read it carefully, then. And I didn't make sure my original post meant what I thought it did.

Being new to this, how do you know what was released under the gentleman's agreement?
