Certainly, any material released in the official SRD is, indeed, dropped from the GA -- for example, you cannot use the old spell names, you must use the ones from the final release -- but that was part and parcel of the deal to begin with. Or do you mean that new additions to the SRD will be official from the get-go, and not added in 'temporary' form? If so, yippee! But I do not believ ANY material currently covered by the GA and not yet 'official' is going to be pulled, unless it somehow accidently tread on valuable WOTC IP -- and after 2.5 years, I doubt that's the case.

You need to back this up a bit.
