Hi!!

All their books are now as you describe.  "All game mechanics
and derrived of open game content and the system reference
document are to be considered open game content."  Everythign
else is protected.

Mongoose used to be ver very specific about what was and was not
OGC.  To the point of putting a little message on the bottom of
certain pages saying that all text on the page was OGC.  Much
preferred.

I don't know what caused the change, but I'd be very interested
to find out.
