WHENEVER this is the case with an OGL'd product, there should be problems. Perferably, WotC would contact the offending company and get them to fix the problem--but WotC doesn't care about (and doesn't even really understand ) the OGL.

Ah, well. I'll just stick to looking at the declarations of OGC in books before I buy them, and not pay for anything that I can't use myself.
