I personally don't view that as a good thing.
So... Earth 1066's going to have nice and clear openness, right? ;)
The current OGC designation for nine out of the fourteen chapters in the Earth RULEZ! book look like this:
Chapter XX - The entire chapter, excluding items identified as
product identity below.
BUT - if I wind up being my own publisher I am seriosly considering going to an "everything derived" model. I will not "stand on principle" and be the only guy who is contributing my stuff when most every other small producer out there is making it impossible to reuse their stuff.
The list does not exist yet. We do not have any product that has been made available to the public and have not yet distributed NDAs. We will not beginning the playtest for approximately six weeks. You will be notified by email when the playtest is about to begin.PS: Visit http://www.earth1066.com and sign on to our mailing list to get on the playtest list for "Earth Rulez!" a "D20" product that presents an entirely new way at looking at role-playing.That reminds me--is there any particular reason why that list is so quiet? I haven't seen a single message from it yet...
Thanks.
