But then you're NOT abiding by the terms of the d20 STL. You're under a separate agreement. You can include character creation rules and do all sorts of other stuff forbidden by the STL IF your agreement with Wizards permits it. This is an entirely separate matter from Open Gaming. To make things absolutely clear, Justin's answer was correct: if you publish under the d20 STL, you also publish under the OGL, period. There's no choice in this matter.
