Or you can go into a separate agreement with WotC.  Don't forget that.  Not
likely, as they are low on staffing atm, but still a possibility. :)  You
just need to offer something that they are willing to accept to defray their
costs of overseeing it, etc....

And you can agree to a d20 Tradmark License without the OGL.  Just means you
won't be using the d20stl (which requires the OGL, etc.)  Would be a
separate agreement.  I think Kenzer did that with some of their sources
(Kalamar is a d20 but not OGL)
