Ok, it doens't effect me personally--but if WotC doesn't release the monsters & Psionics as draft, or issue a new "gentleperson's agreement", won't all of the monster books on the market have to be revised?
Only if the current M books couldn't reasonably be considered to be valid derivations from the 'new' SRD.
Remember, you don't have the right to merely use the SRD, but to change/edit/revise it, as well.
