limitations? One could make a good argument that once a requirement is
introduced by one major vendor (MS) then all portable OGL implementations will
be forced to adopt the code to stay within those limitations therefore it makes
little difference if Linux is more forgiving. On the other introducing the
limitations deliberatly because they pre-exist in another environment seems like
a weak argument to me.
