The idea was to have some scheme, _any_ scheme, for breaking the tie which
was less arbitrary than one person just deciding.  Hell, a toin coss would
have been more fair.  I'm sorry you don't agree that the weighted vote was
less arbitrary, we'll have to just disagree on that point.

By the way, has anyone else observed that A and B are not mutually
exclusive?  If glext.h is conditionally included in gl.h, and you don't
define the symbol to include it, you can still manually include glext.h in
your code, and behavior would be exactly the same as if the 'B' code was not
in place.

Brett's "humor" aside, I still see 'B' as the best compromise.
