Besides KVM Hypervisor compiled into kernel nothing,
but it worth to have some tests over libvirtd and virt-manager we faced some 
issues here during RC1
I haven't tested it after the GA release.

About autotest for KVM, there's a OpenSource tool developed by RedHat (probably 
should be the same as Rosa's one)
