I remember in the past Matt made a CLI iso, I'll ask him.
About the CLI installer, it has another advantage: all TTY installer are
fully Accessible, or it's an easy work to make them accessible (to blind or
with sight deficience)

So a CLI installer could fix three even four problems at least.
