You asked for goals so i just pointed out there are some definitions of OMA goals. IMHO these goals are on very high level, i think we need some thing more detailed. I hoped long time ago that project.openmandriva.org ( https://project.openmandriva.org/projects/administration/work_packages?set_filter=1) would be a good platform to gather ideas especially for OMA (not technical) and to discuss them and finally follow and implement.
