Flash player is getting abandoned as HTML5 will be this year forced everywhere. So IMHO this is not an issue for now.
Speaking of graphics drivers, I'm running nouveau and it works fine. Too bad that users who have latest devices from nVidia may not be fully satisfied because nouveau development is few steps back after nVidia closed source drivers.Second to get vdpau working with nouveau a firmware blob is still needed with open sourced drivers. I assume that in case of ATI/AMD drivers this is little bit worse. Anyways our default iso does not contain any closed software except kernel-firmware (WiFi support, gdy cards etc) and some blobs in kernel. Any other closed source software can be installed easily by running drakx tools. I was thinking to get a special udev rules to automatically install missing closed source software, to get better user experience.
