Hi All,

Please note that the old JIRA does NOT seem to be read only. We already
discovered someone created a new Jira on the OLD jira link just 1h ago well
after the migration?!

See https://jira.onap.org/browse/CPS-2430

Can whoeer is responsible please make it read-only asap!

regards,

Toine

Subject: Re: [onap-tsc] [Atlassian Cloud migration] - Action items to address

Dear ONAP community,

Both Confluence and Jira migrated successfully.
We are still working with Infra to help us set the redirects, but for now
please use these links
Jira: https://lf-onap.atlassian.net/jira
Wiki: https://lf-onap.atlassian.net/wiki

Please remember that LFID is no longer the way to access. Please use your email
address.

We continue to do more testing just to make sure everything is in place

Thank you!
Jess

Dear ONAP community,

This is a small update.
Jira migration is complete, however it needs to wait on Confluence to complete
too in order to fix links and set redirects.

Confluence has been running for almost an hour, but I would expect it will take
approximately 4 hours in total.

Will keep you posted.

Thank you!
Jess

Dear ONAP community.

Heads up, we are going to start the Atlassian Cloud migration very soon.

I noticed that we went down in size some more after a few of you tackled the
duplicate attachments issue. This is great news and
looking forward to better practices to be in place.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Will keep you posted on this progress.

Thank you
Jess

Dear ONAP community and TSC members,

As many of you know, we spoke today in the TSC about potentially migrating ONAP

to Atlassian Cloud this Monday Sept 30 1:00pm PST.

There are few things I wanted to discuss before that and to make sure we have
the community

involved in this (If we need to delay this migration based on this discussion,
please let me know)

These are the points I wanted to talk about:

- Current space concerns: The current license allows us to use 250GB of space.
We are currently

using 240GB. Please know that if we reach the limit after we migrate, this
will mean that no one will be

able to make changes or create new pages in Confluence making the site
read-only basically. I want to make

sure the community is aware that this might happen.

- Regarding duplicates and additional versions of attachments: Ryan has been
working on identifying these.
His suggestion is to keep only 1 or 2 versions of the current attachments we
have to help us clear our some space.
However, I need the community to agree to allow us to remove these duplicates
and additional versions across

our current content. Does the community agree?

- Storage alternatives: We talked about pushing demos and similar videos to
LFN's YouTube channel going forward.
We are thinking of other ideas that can help here and one of them is
potentially acquiring a Google workspace managed

by few members which we can use to store large documents, videos, logs and
similar. Is there another idea the community
  would like to propose here?

Please let me know what you think and if you would like to discuss these topics
further.

Thank you so much!
Jess
