Dear community,

I know this was such an inconvenience but it was not easy to restore the
missing boards. We had to re-do the migration again and they are all back
now in https://lf-onap.atlassian.net/jira

I am doing some sanity testing and also getting the issues with the create
board options figured out.

It turns out that this is a permission that is no longer specific to create
boards in Cloud. I spoke to Atlassian and they are gonna help us
investigate.
For now, we have a new admin group that the community is able to be added
to. I can discuss more of this in the TSC meeting.

Next, I will look into the issue that Dan reported.

Thanks for your patience!
Jess
