Sorry for the delay on this. After investigating further, we discovered that this migration needs to be re-done again (just for Jira) or else we would need to input each board manually which is not an easy task.
We started the process of re-doing this migration. My apologies for the inconvenience. Once more the old Jira is available. While you can do changes, it is recommended that you hold off on any changes until the new migration is done. There is no way to set Jira to read only like Confluence does.
