Bob;
With all due respect, approving a ballot that is illegal on its face doesn't
make it right.
Legal stalwart that i am, i can support the use of a ballot regardless of who
may or may not have approved same that is in clear violation of a state's
election laws.
Furthermore, why do only two parties get to approve or disapprove a ballot?
What of the Green Party, the Reform Party, etc.? Shouldd not they also have a
say in the process, since they did have candidates on that ballot?
