[Winona Online Democracy]
ABC Nightline or CNN reported that this information was "not correct" if
ballots are counted by machine.
They reported that Florida Statutes only have this requirement when the
ballots are only counted by hand.
This same ballot format was used in the last Presidental election four
years ago.
