yes, that's much better - small change, big impact ;-) But one more request a consultant asked me why in: http://www.openoffice.org/bizdev/consultant-submission.html at "practice" the entry "training" is not appears, but in: http://www.openoffice.org/bizdev/consultants.html (see second row in table) I think there is a discrepancy.
