Unlike Fedora, SuSE, and Windows, Ubuntu does not set up a system that can use 32-bit libraries when you install 64-bit Ubuntu. You first need to get the 32-bit libraries installed on your system before you try to install ooRexx. I think that is your problem. Quick answer: To run 32-bit programs on 64-bit installations of Ubuntu, install the package ia32-libs Try a Goolgle search of: "Can not run 32 bit applications on ubuntu" for more information. Changing the package name from ooRexx-4.1.0-ubuntu1004.i386.deb to ooRexx-4.1.0-ubuntu1004.x86_32.deb is not going to give you anything. Both packages would be identical, it is just a name difference. They would both be built as 32-bit. -- Mark Miesfeld ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure contains a definitive record of customers, application performance, security threats, fraudulent activity, and more.
