Hi Bill,

On the face of it, I wouldn't think this would be that difficult to
do.  Install 32-bit ooRexx on 64-bit Ubuntu that is.  However, I don't
have a 64-bit Ubuntu system handy, so I can't walk through it and see
exactly what does need to be done.  Maybe this weekend I might try it.

This should be a function of your web browser.  I know it is possible
to do in FireFox, you just set your preferences to 'ask', or 'always
ask' what to do with donwloaded files.  One of the preferences is to
'always install.'  If you have that set, then you would get the
behaviour you are seeing.

Whatever browser you use, I would go through the preferences settings
and see if you can change them to do what you want.  At least post
what you are using to download the file.  Some one on the list might
have a tip.
