I have installed Windows 11 on a 10 year old PC you only have to bypass some 
restrictions set up by Microsoft. These restrictions are not technical but 
business motivated. I see no big change except the move of the Windows button 
from the bottom left corner to the bottom middle. Revolutionary 🤣🤣
