The code that does the parsing is exactly the same as OOZIE-239 (where I
already wrote tests). To make it work with Bundles, I really only had to
update the schema and add one line of code. I did make sure it worked properly
by submitted a bundle job with <parameters>, but I'm not really sure what
additional tests to add.
